Open Norton Partition Magic and click create a new partition available as shown in below snapshot.
Select the drive for partition.
Select the size, label, type and other details for the new drive.
Apply the settings as shown below.
Partitioning C: drive will take place only after a restart.
Note: Partitioning other drives will be done without restart as shown below.
New drive has been successfully created.
Restart the machine to apply the changes.
