Gpedit.msc Trick to Delete Files Permanently in Windows Computer

Open Gpedit.msc and navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer \ Maximum Allowed Recycle Bin Size (Enabled).

Maximum_Allowed_Recycle_bin_size

Set Maximum Recycle Bin Size to Zero :

Delete_Files_Permanently

or just enable Do Not move deleted files to Recycle Bin ( User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer \  Do Not move deleted files to Recycle Bin).

or you can just go to recycle bin properties and select do not move files to recycle bin option as shown below.

Delete_Files_Permanently
