Simple steps to install wordpress from cPanel

The first step to install WordPress is to enter into cPanel, just type the following in the address bar of your browser.

http://Your-Domain-Name/cpanel (or)  http://Your-Domain-Name:2082

Next step is to enter your username and password provided by your host. You will find the following screen as shown below. In the left side you can find the details about your site in STATS column such as Domain name, Last login ip, Disk Space and monthly bandwidth transfer.

Browse down to softwares and services column and find Fantastico De Luxe and click it.In left side you can find number of services ,in that you can find wordpress in blogs section and click it.

This will take you to the wordpress installation page. Fill the path were wordpress has to be installed, if you are going to install it in main domain leave root directory blank and fill the username and password for the wordpress and click install.

Note: After installing process don’t forget to logoff, if it’s your personal computer no problem, if it’s a private PC logoff and clear cache.

After installation you can find the following screen and now you are ready with your wordpress blog. To login type the following in address bar of your browser.

http://Your-Domain-Name/wp-admin (or) http://Your-Domain-Name/wp-login.php

After login if it throws service unavailable, contact your host so that they will add php.ini file. That’s it you are now ready with your wordpress blog…!!!
