Open Gpedit.msc and navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer \ Maximum Allowed Recycle Bin Size (Enabled).
Open Gpedit.msc and navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer \ Prevent Access to drives from My Computer (Enabled).
Open regedit and Navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the string value “RESTART_STICKY_NOTES“
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and add a string value (Sting value must correspond to the application which you wish to start automatically after login).
In this snapshot i have added Google chrome application to be started automatically at start up.
Note: If you wish to do the same for every user navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and add the string value.
Open gpedit.msc and navigate to User configuration\ Administrative Templates \ Windows Components \ Windows Explorer \ Remove Security tab (Enable).
Open gpedit.msc and navigate to User configuration\ Administrative Templates \ Control Panel \ Display \ Desktop Themes \ Remove Theme option (Enable).
Open gpedit.msc and navigate to User configuration\ Administrative Templates \ System \ Prevent access to the command prompt (Enable).
